Seen the Doc to day and like some others on this forum, life sucks.
Have surgery scheduled for the 13th to repair the damage left over from the OBE in June. 2 more months of recuperating. Told the Doc to make me good
as new before NABX. With a smile he said lets work on getting you back home before Christmas.
Nothing big in the surgery, just plate 2 ribs, repair the punctured lung and re-inflate the one that's partially collapsed. Good Times, The good news
is the other 17 ribs look almost completely healed.
I can't remember, but I think I was in this spot 5 months ago, on my but with nothing I am able to do.

Corey was pretty stoked with the your news... I actually witnessed the light bulb come on

Heal well Jeff! Make sure you have your laptop at the hospital so you can keep up on the board and watch videos if you get bored!
Best wishes!

I can only imagine the journey you are on. I had three badly broken ribs and thought that was bad. I will stop whining about the experience.
Best wishes. Hope you heal fast.

Thanks guys.
I will watch a few vids on my time off as the oxy will allow.
One thing I hope to be able to do is hold my grandson for the first time, he will probably be walking before I can hold him

Get well soon. We'll all be thinking of you. Watch out for magnets and metal detectors!
