Repetition.

Hi,

I'm yet another newbie on the quest for a kite. But I don't have any real goal in mind yet. I played with a friend's small (approx 1m sq) foil kite and had more fun than I have in years working on control. It was a two line one and would easily overfly me (past vertical) thats why I think I'd prefer a 4 line. So I can control angle of attack better.

Just looking for a decent trainer kite (probably 4 line) foil to learn kite skills on, no movement (of me) to begin with. Or maybe 2, one for light wind and one for stronger winds. Don't want to spend the earth but a couple hundred dollars each seems not unreasonable.

I'm about 5'7" and 190 lbs.

What do people recommend? I've looked at Peter Lynn Spark, Prism Stylus, Flexifoil Skytiger, Premier Quadtrac, Eolo-gayla Radsail....

But they all sound like they're the best when you read the marketing. Whats the real scoop?
