north east ice

snowspider - 6-12-2010 at 09:12 AM

Markite could you post a notice when it looks like Lake Simcoe is kitable.
Feyd could do the same for NH .
I'd like to chase some early ice.
Thanks

markite - 6-12-2010 at 10:38 AM

It'll still be a little while. The lakes were starting to get ice building this weekend but just patches and not even a skim over the lakes yet.

Jaymz - 11-12-2010 at 08:52 PM

There are a few reports of skatable ice in New England on the Yahoo kitewing board...

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/nasaskimbat/messages

And Jaime at www.nordicskater.com sends New England ice reports via Emails if you sign up.

Be careful and wear ice claws.

snowspider - 12-12-2010 at 07:37 PM

Thanks for the reports and web sites , I also found at iceshanty.com , quite a variety of reports.

snowspider - 15-12-2010 at 08:14 AM

Posting on iceshanty.com indicates Sandy Pond off lake Ontario, 3-4" ice , 2" snow cover , some areas blown clean.
Probably try there and /or Tug Hill this w/e

snowspider - 18-12-2010 at 01:44 PM

Just got back from Sandy Pond , 4-6" ice , 12" or more snow cover at the south end near the Wig Wam , would have been good on a board and big kite , I have neither, winds 10mph fading to near zip by 1PM.
Oneida lake has a layer of slop predicted to freeze up by next week end , hopefully.
Any report on lake Sacondaga?

bigben91682 - 18-12-2010 at 02:30 PM

Looking forward to Oneida being ridable. Nothing to report on sacandaga but we've had some very cold nights so it should be good soon enough.

bobalooie57 - 27-12-2010 at 11:47 AM

We were out on Chaumont Bay yesterday, NE wind at 15-20 or so. I had the buggy out there with the 4M Pansh Flux (thanks WG) Pretty nice kite, pulls like a truck, and handled well in the lumpy winds. Snow was kind of funny, sugar snow, we call it, kind of like riding in the soft sand at the beach, made for tough going sometimes, but it was fun anyway. Here's a short raw vid of the fun!

snowspider - 29-12-2010 at 08:02 PM

Oneida is good to go if your on skis. The west end is rattle your teeth rough up to Borios Restraunt on the south shore. In front of Borios begins an area of smooth black ice , east 200 yards? is a pressure ridge and beyond that an occational ice fisherman for as far as I could see. I did not get down to the east end , may check it out Saturday

snowspider - 30-12-2010 at 08:12 AM

Iceshanty reports indicate 6" ice at Sylvan beach.
Sandy pond had 2" - 6" of snow cover as of 12-28-10 but I would guess most of that was blown off teus. and wed.

Feyd - 31-12-2010 at 05:02 PM

Here In Northern NH Lake Chocorua is in good shape with about 6-7" of black ice. Bumpy now after the las storm with patches of windslab.

White Lake is good but crowded.

Further north any consolidation to the slush sandwich situation on Umby and the Conn lakes is gone to hell after this last storm. Snow depth about 1-2' with windslab all floating on slush.

Parts of Winne are freezing but are mostly covered by ice fishermen.

snowspider - 1-1-2011 at 06:34 PM

Oneida lake once we got out past the rough is miles of smooth ice. Warm temps today made a very thin crumbly wet surface over 4" ice , 4 wheelers and snowmobiles still out. 5-10mph West wind , Morgan clocked 35mph with the 5.3 Viper.
Started to become fully water covered by 2pm. If there is no wind when it hardens up this week it will be almost entirely glass smooth.

rocfighter - 1-1-2011 at 06:43 PM

Bob that is a great video. What kind of skis are on there? I have a set of snowmobile skis I am moding to fit mine with sharpend rails for ice.

snowspider - 6-1-2011 at 07:58 PM

Oneida lake has 4" of powder with a hard black ice base that has a slightly dimpled surface. Forecast is for 6-10 inches tonight but if its windy I think it will all blow off.
I checked out Lewis point near the south east end of the lake , it has a parking area cleared out and is approved fishing access to the lake.
There is a small pressure ridge out front that runs N-S across the lake but west of it is the entire lake 3miles across 20 miles long , the point puts the launch zone a 1/2 mile out into the lake anything but a south wind will be coming across miles of open space.
I found a web cam site pointed at it but I'd have to go searching for it again and then I'd have to paste and stick or cut and gob , maybe some one could find one and post a link.

snowspider - 6-1-2011 at 08:37 PM

www.oneidalakeveiw.com
The snow on the railing is a good indication of whats on the lake today

bigben91682 - 7-1-2011 at 04:18 PM

looks decent from the webcam, you going out this weekend?

snowspider - 7-1-2011 at 09:35 PM

sunday looks good if the wind comes on as predicted . If the ice fishermen dont take up all the parking I'll be at Lewis point , if no parking then its over to sylvan beach.
After thee days of snow cover I'm guessing the snow will bond to the ice.
The sleds have'nt laid tracks every where , should make for huge expanses of virgin powder.
At this point it looks like ideal conditions shaping up for boards and fat skis.

bigben91682 - 8-1-2011 at 05:00 AM

Sounds inticing. There's talk of some folks going out on sacandaga lake on Sunday as well. I may start there as it's only 45 mins away from me instead of 2 hours for Oneida.

Edit: Looks like sacandaga is a go for tomorrow, conditions are looking good. I'll be launching in broadalbin, either from Benedict or the state boat launch.

Shaping up to be a good snowkiting weekend.......finally!

bigben91682 - 9-1-2011 at 03:10 PM

Just had an epic day on sacandaga. Wind was primo, ice was thick, most importantly snow was perfect. A healthy foot of powder on glare ice, but it was sticking well.

Probably 12 kiters out on the broadalbin side, all skill levels, everybody was killing it!

Super fun day, love frozen lakes.

update: video in this thread:

snowspider - 17-1-2011 at 06:55 AM

Flew Chaumont bay saturday near blizzard conditions around noon , twice I lost site of ice shanties and the shore line and experienced some vertigo , pretty creepy making a turn just feeling the kite and the wind.
The whole bay had 6-8 " soft snow cover bonded to the ice. Working my way out from the state boat launch there are multiple wet areas chopped up by the sleds and 4 wheelers , not fun to cross and occasionally cracking through a skim layer.
I did not run into any rough out in the middle and had some good long fast smooth runs. The ice shanties are set up in rows running east and west so with the south , s-w wind I could fly and not have to weave thru them . A west wind would be a different story you would be picking lanes to go thru then wide open to the next row of shanties

snowspider - 18-1-2011 at 11:26 AM

Onondaga lake in Syracuse should be good by this w/e . I checked it last night and found a sandwich layer of 2" slush that is freezing up and 2" hard ice under that. Its got a sand paper surface that should hold an edge well , 1/2-1" snow cover over much of it. Will be fast and smooth on skis.

snowspider - 22-1-2011 at 01:25 PM

Onondaga lake froze up pretty ugly whole variety of rough , bumpy ,smooth and a few areas of 6" snow cover with 1" ice .
Not safe now may need a couple more cold nights.

Feyd - 25-1-2011 at 09:14 PM

Local lakes in Northern NH all seem to have either death crust or slush or both.

Rode Champlain at Sandbar. North side was a 40mph bump field. SOuth side was smoother with occasional bumpy spots. Better than what we have here!

snowspider - 30-1-2011 at 09:17 PM

Onondaga lake is good to go. Myself and two others covered the middle third of the lake , encountered a couple of small wet spots but with the good wind I had to look back to see that I had gone over them. After rattling and banging across Oneida near Borios last w/e one nice thing about this about this lake is there are no snowmobile tracks roughing it up. Had a couple of hours of fast smooth cruising on 2" soft snow cover with a damp crumbly base.

Feyd - 5-2-2011 at 06:06 AM

Rode Winnipesaukee yesterday out of Ellacoya. 10" of fresh windswept pow and the only place I've seen without slush.

The broads have frozen over and we did two crossings without incedent. Didn't stop to check the ice thickness so if you ride it, don't stop just pin it.

We hiked out past the bob houses so as not to disturb the fishermen.

Best conditions I've seen in a month. Some of the best riding I've had this year. Going back today fo a big kite/lightwind session.

Great to see you back at it Chris. Can't wait for the video ;-)

snowspider - 13-2-2011 at 09:23 PM

Onondaga lake In Syracuse , had 1-2" wet snow cover when it freezes it going to be hard and fast , no tracks and no pressure ridges.
Oneida lake at Sylvan beach yesterday had 8-12"snow cover, but after todays thaw will probably freeze a "death crust" when it cools off.

snowspider - 20-2-2011 at 07:05 PM

Lake Simcoe in front of Barrie is bumpy, some wash board , a few ice covered mounds , and out by the ice santies a few formations that could really mess up your day.

snowspider - 2-3-2011 at 08:46 AM

Onondaga lake Syracuse , tiny bumps to glass smooth , no ridges , winds 20 gusting to 30 mph this evening , edges sharp , pads will be on, I hope the video and gps's work.

markite - 2-3-2011 at 09:02 AM

we had the bumpy ice after the weekend you were up in Barrie, followed by a surprise snowfall - with zero wind, then warmer temperatures to get wet snow and very light wind, then a melt a couple of days ago but just enough to leave all the track marks and quickly re-froze. So, really windy today but the ice is all rough, rutted and needs a good melt or snow. This winter has been crap!
Glad you are getting some rideable conditions. Have fun.

snowspider - 7-3-2011 at 09:15 AM

All area lakes have come way up after the big melt down and rain , the edges are floating rafts and now with the new snow cover I cant see where the risky areas are. I got on one yesturday and was fine untill I got past center and it started to tip and move. Going to have to wait awhile I guess.

snowspider - 14-3-2011 at 06:30 AM

Onondaga lake is all cut up from the streams and warm temps.
Oneida lake ice is good if you can get to it. Edges are soft , broken or just plain open water , but it's changing fast , warm temps this week will have all the cracks loose so it will be a mass of floating rafts.
Looks like we might be all done around Syracuse.

Feyd - 16-3-2011 at 08:33 AM

Mark is right, this winter has been crap.

We have wicked good surface here. 1" cream corn on top of plastic. Good cruising ice but going fast in some locations. Lots of holes opening up and after the warm and rain this weekend places like the broads on Winnepesaukee will be done for the season. We were out there last week and there was only about 4 inches of good ice.

We've found some candle ice in some locations. If your winter has been as lame as ours then keep an eye out for candle ice. Looks solid as hell until you touch it.

snowspider - 20-11-2011 at 08:24 PM

COMING SOON TO A LAKE NEAR YOU! Will be reported on asap and that most certainly will not be soon enough.

rocfighter - 21-11-2011 at 05:29 AM

With the weather we've been having it will be a looong time before the lakes here freeze.

TEDWESLEY - 30-11-2011 at 01:35 PM

The Yahoo group Ice Reports has ice information for New England . Lots of eyes looking for and scouting ice conditions mainly for the ice boat crowd. Their needs are the same as ours,
except we can deal with snow cover! That being said, it's 55 degrees here in Portland Me.
On a trip to the northern kingdom of Vermont over Thanksgiving, there wasn't any evidence
of freeze up, but there was up to 12-18' of snow inland. That may be a lot thinner now as we have had warmth.

snowspider - 20-12-2011 at 11:02 AM

I checked out a small lake just west of rt 81 , exit 41 at Adams NY. Route 178 west about 5miles is Crystal lake , also known as little stoney or sixtown pond, shallow , 168acre lake ,should freeze up early. perfect allignment for any variation of west wind. There is a state boat launch sign on 178 , hopefully its plowed out in winter. I'm ready , the boys are ready , the kites , skis and buggies are ready , come on winter!

snowspider - 7-1-2012 at 09:31 AM

This is #@%$#!, snow melted , what little ice was forming just got super dangerous , the park is sloppy goose poop and mud ,predicted west winds at 15mph are turning into southwest winds at 5mph. I think I'll put on my Sponge Bob shorts , crank up the tunes and clean the house. I'm taking the chains off the buggy and flying Southwick tomorrow!
Thats the "locations and conditons" report for Syracuse NY , mid-winter January 7 2012

markite - 7-1-2012 at 10:07 AM

Just flew back from Scotland yesterday afternoon and I had a good look down at Lake Simcoe as the plane came south over Ontario - a good 85-90% open water, just the shallower south end has ice. No snow around here and doesn't sound like anyone has been able to get out at all this year so far. A handful of friends from this area are heading to Tug Hill next weekend hoping to ride some snow.

snowspider - 19-1-2012 at 06:09 PM

Ice fishermen are reporting Big Bay at the west end of Oneida lake is 3" and getting thicker by the hour. Entire bays on the south shore lost ice to a big wind a couple days ago.
Tug Hill predicted to get dumped on tonight. The little pond next door has got that hard hazy white ice on it , I felt like going over and giving it a big hug!

snowspider - 26-1-2012 at 06:50 PM

Flew Big Bay Oneida lake last w/e with 6" smooth black ice, should continue smooth this w/e but may be wet. Ice fishing reports indicate 4-6" on the ponds and lakes arround Albany NY. Great Sacondaga 6-10". I check Iceshanty .com there's a bazillion guys on ice everywhere drilling holes.

4mylifetime - 26-1-2012 at 08:46 PM

There were four of us kiting on Simcoe Cooks Bay on Sunday. Lots of ice as far north to Innisfil Beach Road but not safe north of that or on Kempenfelt Bay yet. Couchitching lots of ice as was there two weekends ago. However the rain on Monday got rid of the little snow that was on the ice. Spitting out tonight so not looking good here for weekend.
Headed to Rice Lake Sat and Sun - Elmhirst, and if conditions hold will have kiting there. Winds are doable both Sat aft and Sun morning.
Soon as it snows on lake will let you know.
There was about 600 people fishing Perch on Cooks Bay last Sun.

markite - 26-1-2012 at 09:28 PM

a bunch of us are heading to Elmhirst tomorrow for the weekend on Rice lake. I'm going to bring an ice buggy just in case the rain tonight smooths out the surface and makes it icy - high gusty winds in the forecast for friday afternoon so we'll see what it's like when we arrive. there were probably be a posting on the Chkn Loop about conditions at Elmhirst friday afternoon.... now where is that GPS....

snowspider - 27-1-2012 at 10:27 AM

Fast flying to all of you. This weekend look slippery!

4mylifetime - 27-1-2012 at 12:45 PM

So here's a turn of events. How often does it turn from rain to snow, but it did. There is now 2-3 inches of heavy powder on the lake. The wind is just starting to pick up...

http://www.thechickenloop.com/index.php?option=com_fireboard...

Good to go, 2-3 inches fresh snow.

snowspider - 4-2-2012 at 09:19 PM

Sylan beach Onieda lake 5" smooth black ice with a dusting of sleet 1mile by 2miles skate-able. The ice fisherman were out in force so there are areas with gofer holes and little mounds of ice that can rough you up if taken by surprise. But eveything in between is just soooo smoooth. Home made buggy blades are getting pretty well tested.

snowspider - 13-2-2012 at 08:01 AM

Oneida Lake CAUTION. Cracks and fishing holes that were wet are now 3"-5" frozen mounds. ALSO the areas that were open water floated 1"-2" slabs up onto the existing ice , they lay flat and are the same coloring as the older ice. At speed you may not have time to stop , up and over may be the best option. Quit a patch work of smooth ice and hardpack drifted snow and the above issues at Sylvan beach at this time.

bobalooie57 - 22-2-2012 at 06:19 AM

So yesterday I met Jan, Jackie, Cesar and Diane(I think, if I got it wrong, sorry) on Chaumont Bay, which according to the sign is the largest fresh water bay in the world. Being it was a weekday, there were not so many ice fisherpeople, but some, as it is mid winter break for the schools up here. I brought my buggy, which I have fitted with bike chains around the wheels. Wind was 15 G-30!, but with all that space, it didnt matter! The chains worked quite well, but I threw off both back chains after a few powerslides, so I continued without. Apart from some sliding out issues without the rear chains, I had a blast anyway. Jan had several runs in the 30's, and our last run of the day, he was 'precision sailing, with his 6M access parked just above my 3.4M NPW9, he said we came close! No matter I've still got the grin! Video will follow.

rocfighter - 22-2-2012 at 05:03 PM

Can't wait to see the video Bobby. Alway fun to watch. I'm hoping to figure my camera out soon!!

bobalooie57 - 23-2-2012 at 08:35 AM

So here's that promised video. It doesen't come close to showing the fun we had!

snowspider - 1-3-2012 at 05:02 PM

Cool beaners Bob! My favorite ice buggy location floated away yesturday on Oneida lake. The Sylvan Beach end of the lake 3miles x 1 mile (approx) slab of ice broke free from the shore and floated west. Check the news reports or Iceshanty.com, a bunch of guys on the ice got off just before it entered deeper water. I may head north this w/e , wind conditions look good.

snowspider - 7-1-2013 at 08:13 AM

Ice fishing guys on Iceshanty.com are reporting Sandy pond and Chaumont bay (NY ,lake Ontario) have 3" or more black ice with 2"or more white ice and misc slush cover, this week could see warm temps smooth everything out. Big bay on Onieda still thin and soft.

rocfighter - 7-1-2013 at 05:29 PM

I was hoping the Berkshires would have ice this next week. But looks like it will be warm there too. Maybe skiing next week.

snowspider - 20-1-2013 at 05:39 PM

Made it to Great Sacandaga Lake today but the rain and 40mph gusty wind kept me from trying to fly. Ice conditions look good. 1-2 inches of sticky snow with lots of small patches of ice , 4 wheeler and sled tracks every where but no ruts. Where does any one get on the ice? I got on in Northville , parked where they store all the buoys (village dpw?) , really bad spot for bringing stuff down to the lake and flying out of. Is there any public access that is down at lake level somewhere else.

snowspider - 24-1-2013 at 02:00 PM

I flew Oneida Lake at Sylvan Beach + North Bay today ,ice is 6-8 inches with 2-5 inches of semihard pack snow , scattered bare ice that is like cobblestone(big cobblestone). Except where the canal comes in and beyond the ice ridge 2 miles out , this end of the lake is good to go. The rest of the lake had misc. open areas Sunday 1-20-13 that will quite possibly be good ice by this w/e because of the severe cold and very thin snow cover on those areas. A bassilion ice fishermen will be on the lake this w/e and should indicate "safe areas".

Ice coming back in Eastern MA

skimtwashington - 24-1-2013 at 08:19 PM

Still building.. some limited usable ice now near me in my town...getting thicker.

What's good in NH?

How's Chocorua lake...parts of Winnepesauke ....Sunnapee?

:puzzled:

rocfighter - 25-1-2013 at 06:57 AM

Our lake here "Lake Pokatipog" seems to be ready. I may try it out on Sunday if the cold holds out.

be safe Dave

skimtwashington - 25-1-2013 at 07:17 AM

carry rescue ice picks around neck? Best not to wear any cotton.

Feyd - 25-1-2013 at 12:44 PM

Chocorua is is good shape. Variable surface conditions. Stay clear of the swamp at the west side, the inlet at the north and the outlet in the south and the riding is good.

Melvin Village has been good. Center Harbor, Meredith Bay etc...

Haven't been down to check other parts of Winne since this last freeze but I bet a lot of stuff is now in play if you have sharp edges.

Winds are supposed to be good this weekend. Mostly NW and WNW. Makes for punchy riding on Choco. Watch out for dead pickeral on Choco. The ice fisherman leave em out and they freeze onto the ice. Wicked knee blowers.

skimtwashington - 25-1-2013 at 02:49 PM

Why they leave dead fish?

Snow surface, mixed or just ice?

I like to use Hockey skates if it's good ice..... or skis if there's snow.

Feyd - 25-1-2013 at 05:36 PM

Mixed ice and snow. Snow is loose in some places, firm windslab in others. Punctuated by rough patches of greay slush ice.

They leave the fish to die because they're an invasive species. Sometimes the eagles and seagulls will take one or two but not enough.

I would go with skis but bring ur skates just in case.

snowspider - 7-2-2013 at 09:17 AM

2-6-13 Onieda lake at Sylvan beach has 3-6" of both packed and soft powder bonded to the ice, with very few small icy patchs , no breaking thru to glare like this past w/e. Pretty good ski and board conditions. 36.9mph on my sled... poof ... poof ...poof , the sound of skipping across drifting snow.

bobalooie57 - 7-2-2013 at 10:17 AM

Nice! I went to Lake Bonaparte in northern Lewis County yesterday. Ice averaged over a foot thick, wind was reported W at 15ish, but the lake is very variable with rotors and turbulence. I had the buggy with the front wheel bike chain, it worked O.K. for a while, but I popped it off sliding sideways into some crust. Surface was just crusty enough in spots to make it manageable without the chain, but wind wasn't consistent enough to get me back upwind. I had fun for about an hour and a half, using the 4.8M NPW5. The wind appeared to smooth out the closer I got to the middle of the lake, but I didn't venture too far out, as I figured I would have quite a walk of shame if the wind died.

snowspider - 23-3-2013 at 02:19 AM

perfect wind and snow conditions on Onieda Lake predicted for today.

snowspider - 13-12-2013 at 10:15 AM

See www.iceshanty.com for local ice just about anywhere in the country. www.northernchateau.com for Tug Hill / northern NY web cams on the snowmobile trails. I'll keep up with Onieda lake conditions , putting away the sled and flying on skis this winter. I feel the need for speed!

snowspider - 6-1-2014 at 12:36 PM

8-10 inches of ice measured at Sylvan beach Oneida Lake NY, plenty thick everywhere else unless your in a truck or excavator (see google). Also had 8-10" snow cover Sat. but just a whisper of wind. Everything changed yesterday and today , will update on Thursday. The Oneida Lake Inn looks to have been refurbished and there is a brand new Nice and Easy gas station across the street , this could make it much more doable for a kite fest/gathering early/mid march. That puts at least 2 places to stay a block from the beach.

snowspider - 14-1-2014 at 06:32 AM

Had my speed buggy on blades all over Oneida Sunday and Monday morning , smooth fast ice everywhere, no snow at this time.

skimtwashington - 14-1-2014 at 07:29 AM

I don't know if my ice in suburban Boston will make it thru the rest of the week. A wet unusable mess... and pulling away from edges. Need to retain a 'base' for refreezing and thickening.

Went back to the buggy at Nahant beach after many weeks. Was great!

Want to get on snow covered ice again. Only had one day on snow...but it was very good.

Seems there is good ice up north as It's not as above freezing as down here.

Gimme Ice, ice Baby!

Feyd - 16-1-2014 at 08:10 AM

We're holding on well here so far. Choco's edge ice has melted out in a few places and some drain holes have opened in some of the fissures. But if you can get onto the ice it varies from 12 to 7".

I'd be wary of Melvin and the other bays on Winne. Squam as well.

North, Umby is solid but with a water layer on top.

We need a solid cold snap to get things dried out.

snowspider - 20-1-2014 at 11:13 AM

Oneida , hard smooth glare ice under 6" powder , will probably stay that way for several more days. Onondaga Lake in Syracuse 4-5"glass with 5"powder , WARNING large "salt spring" open water straight out from the Salt Museum clearly visable and marked with pink ribbons on reeds.

snowspider - 31-1-2014 at 12:54 PM

Onondaga Lake Syracuse NY , 2-4" undulating hardpack with the occational god awful rough icy patches. I'm guessing Onieda Lake is the same substute smooth icy patches

snowspider - 13-3-2014 at 01:04 PM

This w/e looks good for snowboards on Onieda , deep snow at this time and predicted winds look good. I'll be be flying Sylvan beach tomorrow evening and give exact conditions tomorrow.

A belated Happy Anniversary

skimtwashington - 13-3-2014 at 04:10 PM

....This thread is four years old!:P

There is still ice near Boston. Been mostly unusable for weeks now. Presently a mix of ice and thin powder patches. All on refreezing inch 'o slush as we speak. Only a inch fell.... but now from the rain to snow transition, a textured ice surface will likely be good for edging skis(with less than sharp edges) starting tomorrow.....probably not right for my hockey skates.

I know there is probably great powder and Kite Skiing on lakes in NH, VT and ME. lot of new snow.

What's it like Chris in NH? anyone else...?

snowspider - 14-3-2014 at 10:28 AM

The ice is so thick around here we will be flying on ice in tee shirts and shorts soon.

markite - 14-3-2014 at 11:27 AM

warmer and slushy tuesday, snowstorm wednesday, beautiful and cold thursday, sunny and windy and melty today, cold forecast again for the weekend - we could be out on the ice still early April

markite - 14-3-2014 at 11:30 AM

Hey Patrick
i saw a video capture of a guy in Québec that made a winter ski buggy called a snow spider

snowspider.jpg - 78kB

snowspider - 17-3-2014 at 09:00 AM

looks more spidery than mine! smart man.

Almost spring?

skimtwashington - 17-3-2014 at 07:14 PM

Just 3 days 'till spring but still kite skiing(or skating) on ice just north of Boston area ! What a good season so far.

What will rest of month be like?

snowspider - 8-1-2015 at 02:35 PM

Onieda lake NY, Big Bay on the west end of the lake ice fishers are on the ice, reporting1". See iceshanty.com , listing by state by lake by area you name it.
