Good question. I didn't know about Sandy Hook. I wonder if they enforce that in the winter? I've been using school fields and will likely use
lakes with ski's this winter. Wildwood is great, but a hike. I've heard there's a great spot in Monroe, but haven't had a chance to check it out
yet.
TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX!

I don't know about the northern NJ, but Wildwood and Brigantine are good. Wildwood is my favorite. Take a look at NJbuggyclub.com and also at the WBB
at the bottom of the main page of this forum.

Hi Kober,
Sandy HooS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s 1st parking lot/bayside is a big kiteboarding spot. I'm pretty sure they don't allow buggies at Sandy Hook. And if they do,
there are no good spots I've seen. Mostly deep sugar sand. Not good for buggying.
My local beach is Belmar and it's not good unless the conditions are perfect.....Onshore winds and very low tide due to the steep beach slope right
into the ocean and offering only 10'-30' hardpack at low tide.
Like Tib said, WW or Brigentine are the best beaches in N.J.
There is a Monmouth County park here I've used a few times without anyone bothering me. Once in the buggy and a few times snow kiting. The park
rangers just asked me to be out by sunset so they can lock the gate.
I've heard talk about a spot in Monroe Twp. also. Threre is alot of open space and sod farms out there. Anyone have info?

I am looking for spots at google earth and when working in area , stopping by to see if is worth to go there for session.... All spots are marked
on my mapquest page with no no or thumb up review ... When I have something worth going I am willing to post link to map here so you can add more
locations .....
I think that make sense ... to have good and bad locations marked so some people will not have to go thru whole search thing ...
