it cost me about $90 to ship a dirtsurfer a few years ago ... mine was the one piece steel, though... i think this one may pack down a bit smaller...
tough board to kite with anyway, but fun to ride

There was a pass the dirtsurfer a few years ago and I got it first. Brand new. Seems like I shipped it back out for $30 or so.

Kami - you need a large field to have fun with the DSer.
I still ride my 16"er here. A small quick kite works well (I really had fun with the Rev Powerblast 2-4 in good winds).

I got the 'wing and the 4-8 too 
with the bigger wheels of the DS I should be
able to use some of the bigger fields of mixed surface here ...

The first time I ever saw someone in a magazine on a kite was with a DS. I thought "Hmmm that looks kinda cool." Never gave kiting a thought after
that.

You may have mentioned this somewhere along the line - I cannot find it: Does it have 16" wheels or 20"? I am a big guy - 230lbs - so I am looking
for the heavier duty versions of this....
