Kind of looks like a recession version of Tron. :o

Seemed to recall seeing this or something similar..... just don't remember it being sooooo.... portly.

Seems to have two wheels side by side. Which explains the turn on a five cent opiece. Each wheel can operate seperatly one with each motor. Sounds like it may be painfull learning to ride it.
Donnie you know about that right?

Someone in NZ is developing a foldable electric unicycle for commuting ... but that Hornet thing looks way more fun

Kam they are called the Segway

pokitetrash - 30-12-2010 at 07:34 PM

Dunno. Looks like a face plant waiting to happen. Don't care what the software can do to keep you upright but one good size pebble or panic stop...

Kamikuza - 30-12-2010 at 10:45 PM

Nope, they got one wheel (and a balancing wheel at the back) and you sit atop with handles just under your bum ... too cold up here to go sperlunking around the web for it :D
