A beetle? Are they not aware of how many gazillion species there are? I think it was Darwin that said "If there is a god then he is inordinately fond

I found a sign like that at our kite beach - the ONLY kite beach on the entire lake - and got all worried. There was a bunch of mumbo-jumbo on it in
Japanese that I couldn't read and told the local club owner. He went and read it and rather than banning it use on the beach, it just promised to
punish anyone who stole the bugs
