If you can't get to the last page of a thread....

Then go to any page of the thread and choose to view the "printable version", and you'll get to see what is on the page you can't view.

Sure, it's not a fix, but it's sure nice to have a workaround than "post and hope I get to see the last page of the thread"(which I am guilty of many times...usually unsuccessfully)

The paging issue is a long standing bug in the forum software. There is a problem with the way the software rounds numbers when breaking posts in a thread into pages.

There are two ways around it. One is to submit a dummy post or two (similar to bumping a thread). You will see people doing this occassionally when the thread is right on the cusp of a page boundary and you can't get to the last page.

The other way is to go to "Power Kite Forum / User Control Panel / Edit Profile" and change the numbers for "Topics Per Page" and "Posts Per Page" and set the numbers high so that the page calculation is never done.

This is the advice Sam gave me some time back and it has worked wonderfully . . .
Kudos to Sam and thanks again

I was trying to 'bump' the pass the charger and still couldn't get to the last page, I guess I should have thought to up the posts per page too....

Please never bump posts or submit dummy posts. Editing your Topics Per Page setting is a better solution.
