Man I wish it was safer to drive into Mexico. La Pesca is round trip to me what NABX would be one way. Smooth Coastal winds and an area that ranges
from five miles wide to thirty miles long with green islands and wildlife to buggy around...
Have a demo'd/new 8 and 19 Charger to try out. Looks like I'll just have to grab the wetsuit and kiteboard and hit the beach. Our govt is so stupid
to fight a war on plants... it screws up travelling to one of the worlds greatest buggy locations.
Just one man's opinion... but anytime you can have a buggy spot like that a block away from your hotel... you'd want to go back too. (I walked my
buggy and kite with a tow strap).Txshooter38 - 27-1-2011 at 06:17 PM

The problem is it is not just the plants its all the other stuff that goes before, with, and after the weed. It also doesn't help that the money goes
to terrorist groups who want us dead
Of course....a good buggy spot is hard to come by.....we should take the area by force:roll:
Kiters with guns will travel....maybe Carl can make us a video.dylanj423 - 28-1-2011 at 06:22 AM
there has GOT to be a decent buggy spot somewhere in the TX desert.... anybody ever follow up on that place tractrob had checked out?Txshooter38 - 28-1-2011 at 06:33 AM
I think west Texas might be the most likely area...I know there is a dry salt flat or something south of the Guadalupe Mountains.Taper123 - 28-1-2011 at 04:58 PM
Ok... back to the Chargers... but first everyone loves seagulls, unless they are bombing their vehicles.
You have to Love the way PL did the logo's on the backpacks.
Or just the quality of the back packs themselves
Then again, I'm partial to Twinskin Technology.
The shape is a little different than previous PL Kites..
Even One of these would be proud to fly with a Charger
....And Wally approves of PL Kites
Fly hard, but fly safe....Txshooter38 - 28-1-2011 at 05:20 PM
Sorry about the highjack there.....chargers look good. I would be curious as to how they compare power wise to the synergy.Taper123 - 28-1-2011 at 05:52 PM

I just had to ask, whats up with Wallys left eye? I've seen dogs with one blue, one brown eye before, but never red like that. Camera "red eye" or
something? Sorry for another hi-jack. :tumble:Txshooter38 - 29-1-2011 at 07:38 AM
Yes....camera red eye for sure....great looking dog btw. Damn....here we go again!!! Ok back the the.....
Taper123 - 29-1-2011 at 05:34 PM
Wally has both blue and brown in both eyes, and the red was camera related. 65 pounds of either pure terror or pure love machine... depending on
which eye he views you out of.
Either way... you have to love the Peter Lynn Products
And it just must be Wally... even this pic does the same to his eye.
Not a good pic... but my other dog is Lucy-Lou the love hound...
Either way... make the most of your day til the sun goes down action jackson - 29-1-2011 at 05:56 PM
Is that dog, line trained?:tumble:..........ajTaper123 - 29-1-2011 at 05:57 PM
Lol... no... but on a deserted winter day either one will run with me for miles.macboy - 30-1-2011 at 11:24 AM
Looks like the Chargers fly flatter than previous Arcs? Do they have a higher projected area?Taper123 - 30-1-2011 at 11:50 AM
If you ,meant the last pic at sunset... that was a foil.Feyd - 31-1-2011 at 10:51 AM
LOL this thread is all over the place.
Is that a catahoula (sp?) hound?
Charger has slightly higher PA than the Syns but a fixed AR (4.9). The Syns have an AR that varies for each size (4.5-5.1)
Charger turns faster, has a lot more lift, better low end and better high end due to more depower. That is if you fly with the Navigator bar. Other
PL bars work but they don't have the same throw or trim which limits the Pow/depow range. The Charger is slightly less stable than the Syn. It also
likes to be flown aggressively in my opinion. It isn't a park and ride Arc, the name "Charger" fits.Feyd - 31-1-2011 at 10:51 AM
That dog looks completely nuts btw. :omarkite - 31-1-2011 at 11:15 AM

I think the dry lake bed is close to Dell City Texas. I can double check when I have some extra time.
