On the South East coast of South Australia is Kingston SE. It has one of the longest beaches in Aus. See Google here: Kingston beach 175km - although I"m told I'd need bigfoots to go that far. We used a 16km stretch from Kingston to the Granites. If the wind
was too cross onshore, we got a tow back to camp (which is on the beach). It was a fabulous trip and gave me chance to give the Method 6.5m a run -
for a 'cruiser' like me it's darn near the perfect kite in 7-14 knots.

Yes, I'll be chomping at the bit to get down there again too. It won't take much twisting of my arm!! Not to mention the claypan - 1.5km x 4km of
'pick a direction and go'. This is the claypan - satellite of clapyan Right next to the beach. Can be a tad gusty though, especially on a hot morning with thermals going off around the place.
Can be a bit gooey in the morning too - it balls up under your shoe if it's a little wet but it only takes and hour or two to dry out under the sun.

Nocando - yes, I think there's an Easter get together at Yepoon. April 22 onwards. I hear it's a very special beach. It's a bit too far for me at
this point but I'll get there eventually.
