Must book cut off date will be 2-25-2011, after that the rooms will be booked solid for the Cheer event. To date there are currently 19 rooms booked
for the buggy bash and I'd like to make sure everyone that can make it will have a room.

This resort WILL SELL OUT because of the Cheer event and if you want to join us in what is to be expected the largest Spring bash yet, make a
reservation now!! Please pass this on to missing members that don't check in so often.

Long story short, a church group booked rooms for the same weekend and there are only 38 rooms left. Maria is holding those rooms for us now but there
is a cheer convention that weekend also and they are pressing for rooms as well.
609-522-0609 and make sure you tell them that you are with the buggy bash for the discounted rate.
