Hello everyone,
took my first lesson through IME, International Mountain Equipment in New Hampshire this last friday and thought I would share the day.
We went to Ossipee Lake in New Hampshire and I flew a four meter scout first to demonstrate I understood commands and how to fly the window. We
discussed safety systems and finally I got to ride an 8m ozone which was great. This is the same go-to kite for my instructor who takes this kite up
Mount Washington. This winds were 15mph from the west. Overall it was a great learning experience and i am looking forward to getting into this sport
and sharing the experiences here.

Hey everyone,
thanks for the welcome!!! Today I went out and found 22mph winds on my new Scout 4m. It was a little much for me, but I think the training
absolutely helped. I'm selling my whitewater boats and looking for a kite, something in the 12m range I think.
Kitestorm is the 26/27th and I just scheduled work, bummer! :eureka: Anyone looking to take some extra shifts in Jackson, nh?
