It's like I haven't stopped traveling since November. Getting crazy. But at least this time it's vacation! I'm headed to Orlando and figure I'll
head out to Cocoa Beach for a few days. Two questions for y'all.
1) Anyone from the area with any advice? (Already reading FKSA)
2) I need a travel bag that'll fit my 150. Anyone have any good luck with a specific bag? I'll be flying southwest so "wake boards" fly free

yeah I've been watching the wind and it's been pretty skank. I've notice that tampa looks much more on but ideally I'm looking for big shallows like
cocoa.

west and north is dominant through this time of year gulf would be a better beat
AJ would know more accurately
SW is choice for the gear head for sure.

I'll be at NABX :D
I'm going to get back in contact with a school down there and see what the outlook is. Weather has looked pretty iffy. Might head to tampa, looks
like about the same distance.
Will also need to decide between LEI 12/9, LEI 12/7, ARC 19/13 or cocoa, wish a had a 17m LEI and SA19... or the gulf may be a 9/7 or 16/13. Cocoa is
aparently a launch from the water area; I've never acutally launched an arc from water, only re-launched :o That should be fun!

Tampa has you covered on all wind directions! Check out this http://fksa.org/showthread.php?t=5277 it has all the answers. Some of my favorite places are Howard Park in Tarpon Springs, East Beach Ft
Desoto and Honeymoon Island. Great crew down there 500+ riders in the area. Bag wise see if any of these work? http://store.kittyhawk.com/Bags-C112.aspx

Cocoa Beach is pretty good this time of year. It's windy at least a couple of times per week. Usually a day on the ocean side and a couple of days on
the river. You can never know how hard its going to blow, can be 21m weather on the ocean or 6m weather on the river. All wind directions can be
ridden in the area tho.
The two main launches on the river are
manatee park on a SW or W http://www.kiteboardingflorida.com/kiteboardingmanateepark.h...
520 slick on a N-NW.

The launches are kinda sketchy but dry. And butter flat water.
Wind can be anything but I would bring a 12/9 LEI.

I have a LIBRE bag that you can borrow to hold that 150 axle. Will be back in town on the 21st.
