I'm selling off my 12m Foil and looking to get something that pulls the same, but can be used in water as well. Also my friends have been telling me
that LEI's pull and ride so much better, especially in gusty conditions.

Not sure what you're looking to spend but you can get a brand new 13m naish charger from backcountry.com for $800 complete.

my budget is between 100 and 400 USD. Looking for an 08 or newer. Something with a good safety system and that is not hard to self launch/land.
