Do you guys with buggy build experience think that this would be a good foundation to start a buggy from. I'm 6 foot 5 inches and 215#'s. Not sure
if the PL XR+ stuff was durable enough for a guy my size. I've heard that PL frames used to be quoted as "Peter Thin" I would simply be using these
parts to get a start and then customize the rest of the bug to finish it off. What do ya think?

I'm 280 and though i'm sure the buggy cringes when it sees me coming, it doesn't phase it one bit. You will have more issues with length as it seems
short for my 6'0 frame. it is a great buggy other than that.

The original buggies (from about 10+ years ago) were quite thin and over time the welds would start to crack and give out.
This has been fixed several times over and now with the Comp XR+, is no longer an issue. The XR+ uses tubing that has double the thickness as the
original buggies and is also larger in diameter. We have several that are 250+ that use the XR+ buggy and haven't had issues at all with them. As
mentioned, you may want the extended downtube for longer length but the XR+ should hold up for you no problem....unless you are doing some serious

Cheddar, we're talking about the buggy called Ivanpah, but the buggy and the location do go well together!
Oh yeah, I've had my eye on one of those. Looks like a match made in heaven. Just spent the last of my "play" reserves on a second hand spleene
door. I'll have to get that buggy fund started asap.
