15 days a row and counting.......

Windy season is here in Corpus Christi....been on the water 15 days in a row...

Today 10 of us went on a 17 mile downwinder, most were overpowered, (winds really cranked up half way thru) side shore winds and big surf.... What a workout.... All but one made it, his leading edge seam blew out about 2 miles in to the run.....

The only relief was close to shore in the whitewater s turning toe to heal to get a break from the big surf.... The guys on surfboards had an easier time than the TT guys....

great fun, but my legs are really feeling it tonight.....

Next time we'll make sure we have a beer stop halfway to recharge...

Hopefully tomorrow will be day 16 and keep going to 100.....

It's a great time of year to be in S. Texas....

Was around 80 degrees and blowing 20 knots on Galveston Bay... so I have to agree with you.. excellant weather. I went to go last thursday and hit fog that lasted through mid afternoon and no wind... so you guys have it better just a few hundred miles down the coast.
