First things first...6'3 290. Any suggestions would be helpful. I live in Puget Sound and go to the coast alot to fly my kites. Are buggies even
permitted at the coast? Dont think ive seen any their. Any comments or suggestions would be great. Thank you

A PL Bigfoot is big enough. I've got a buddy who is 6'4 that rides the bigfoot without any size issues. Most of the higher end models should
accommodate you as well. The PL XR+ is way too small for you in my opinion. I fit on it, but feel a little squished and I'm 6'0.

the side rails are a bit narrow for 290 I bet. I'm 6'4" and 225 and I rub both sides when I sit down in one. The Flexi isn't quite as confining in
this regard. some higher end buggies would just have to be measured to see if they are a fit. They would for the most part be more up to the task
strength wise.

yeh im a bit thick in the waist. thats what i was wanting to know if it would fit my arse or not haha. I do have a really good freind that said he
could build one rom scratch if we had some plans. So i DL'ed some off of popeyes site for some reference and maybe we could tweak from there. I
really am trying to avoid a $1000 or more dollar build but we will see.

Washington beaches are closed to wind powered vehicles. I believe you can fly your kite but not ride.
NAPKA will be holding a series of " events " at the southern beaches over the summer. The Gov' requires insurance so NAPKA membership ( or a waiver )
is required to ride on these days.

I think Big kid (www.bigkidkites.com) is in your area. I think he has a bigfoot buggy and an Ivanpah which might fit you. He might be able to let you try one
first before you sink a lot of money in a buggy that doesn't fit. If you find something that fits you there are a lot of great people that run shops
on here. I personally like to support them because when I have a question they support me.
No slight meant against any other shops but I don't know who else is local that might let the guy sit in a buggy.

Mental Floss, Yes, Bladerunner is correct, Wa. beaches are close to wind powered vehicles. However, we and the St. Parks Dept. are working on changing
that. Currently the Parks is allowing us to use the beaches with a Special Permit. These permits are given to groups and they must have Liability
Insurance. So at the moment the beaches are only open to NAPKA (North American Power Kiting Assoc.) and NWBKA ( Northwest Blo Kart Assoc) members. We
will be holding a total of 18 events or 54 days where you can ride at specific locations on Wa. beaches. Check NAPKA.org for the details of how to
join and when and where the open dates will be.
If we play well, within the next two years, (fingers crossed) Wa. beaches should be open to all. So, join now, come out and try some kites, buggies,
and get involved.
