I think this is a fantastic deal, and Kitemare (and Jeff) are a wonderful company. I just bought an HQ Scout II 4m from them. I am a complete novice
to this and Jeff was AMAZINGLY helpful - far beyond the expected. I was actually looking at this kite as a first kite and the only reason I bought

I want it the rush I have was abused by a novice friend of mine and I also think it has the x-wife curse on it because when the wind is really blowing
hard or even at all if I pull out the 3m the wind competly stops!!!! I have even tested this theory with friends as soon as I put the bar in my hand
to launch wind runs away if I start to wrap up the lines it gradually comes back to full as I put it back in the bag really is the weirdest thing !!!!
