Size 9 and 8 Coyotes for sale

doneski - 9-4-2011 at 12:27 PM

Size 9 Coyotes used for about 20 times kiting. The boots are scruffed and laces frayed.
Size 8 basically new.

Reason for sale: need money for a kite.

Make me an offer or they're going onto Ebay.

Can be delivered to Wildwood.

Bladerunner must be sleeping.

If I'm an 8.5 would I take an 8 or 9 coyote? Wouldn't mind having a go on them. You should have come to Nahant today. Wasn't too bad today.

Bladerunner - 9-4-2011 at 06:33 PM

Up from my nap!

Go up in size. Coyotes fit a full 1/2 size small.

I have a spare set at the moment so am not out to buy.

I got my 9's last year :D Someone get on these so we can have a coyote army at nabx next year!

doneski - 10-4-2011 at 05:28 AM

I can't believe it but there's a pair of 9 Coyotes on Ebay for ONLY $495!!. Mine are better because they've already had the brakes removed so I should be able to get $500.

Now back to reality.....

I'm trying to get to Nahant today and will bring both pairs for anyone to try on.

People who wish snow kiting will never end should give these a go !

These are a very close feeling to kite skiing !

doneski - 10-4-2011 at 10:45 AM

I agree with Bladerunner. If you can ski or in-line skate you can use these and there's no learning curve. I got them after buying a mountain board and quickly learning that falling hurts. Also, you can have lots of fun in a little space. My buggy needs room to play but I can have fun tacking and turning on the Coyotes in anywhere that there's 100 feet of smooth sand.

I would take them, but I'm more the 'big-foot' kind of person.....

Building Coyotes just by the frames

Some time ago, Bladerunner was kind enough to provide me with a pair of old coyote frames. The idea was to come up with a solution for all those big footed people (like myself) who are not able to find a properly sized pair of Coyotes.

It worked if I read correctly.

Bladerunner - 12-4-2011 at 05:10 PM

Yes, from what I understand Milesaway managed to make them work?
I sent the parts to him in hopes others would follow. size 8's come up at a reasonable price often. Ideal srat to fit to larger boots.
I like Phree's ghetto approach of siply cutting the toes out! :dunno:

WIllardTheGrey, Bladerunner - interesting idea. Thanks for sharing. If I'm not picking up the blades, maybe another 'big footer' will do

doneski - 16-4-2011 at 03:51 AM

come on, someone buy these so I can get a Charger.

furbowski - 16-4-2011 at 04:52 AM

Maybe I can help... U2U sent on the size 9 Coyotes

doneski - 16-4-2011 at 10:00 AM

looks like Furbowski is getting the 9s so the 8s are still for sale.

furbowski - 17-4-2011 at 05:36 AM

Woop Woop !

This is your year to get in motion Furb'

Coyotes run pretty good in parking lots with a kite? You may find something like that to ride? They run on some pretty rough stuff also!

Toe drag to check speed. :wee:

I already am... barely... a few park n rides on the landboard, upwinding if I have enough. But it only took a day or two on the landboard to convince me that coyotes would work just fine. Being nimble under a kite will be good!

elnica - 18-4-2011 at 08:48 PM

u2u sent on the 8s!
