I'm selling my Ozone Access kites. The 8M Access II was bought new(still in cellophane) in Feb. 2009, and was described to me as New, but 2 yrs. old.
It has about 30 hours on it, most of those are sitting, waiting for the right wind, or visiting in the "Clam" having our cookies and cocoa. It comes
complete RTF, with spare bridle parts, patch fabric, leash and manual. I bought the 4M as a used Demo model in early 2010, and since then other
people(ladies and lightweights) have more hours on it than I. I've used it twice on the snow, and twice in the buggy, so no more than 15-20 hrs. on
this one since I've had it. I'm selling these mainly as I've taken Team Ridership from Don at Powerkiteplace.com, and I mean to be true to the brands
he's selling. I also think that these both would make a fine Quiver for a lighter rider. I'm 200# and often felt the 8M was just lacking a bit in
power, unless the wind was above 15mph, then my board skills(or lack thereof) would get in the way. I'd like to sell these as a set, but will
consider splitting them up.
Asking price is $650.00 plus shipping in the US, U2U me for a price on one or the other. Attached a pic, and here's a link to a flikr set of the
pair.

Seriously tempted to post the video of Paul kitesurfing with the 4m.
Really nice deal.

Bob congrats on the team rider position. Nice combination of kites, great price for the two.

What is the difference between the XC/XT models...?
bobalooie57 - 22-4-2011 at 04:47 PM
I believe the XT came without the clam-cleat/de-power strap, with the adjustment on the brake lines instead, but I'm no expert as I've never flown the
XT. I think my 4M was an '09 model. It came without manual, spare bridle lines, or patch tape, but I put a new set of lines (25M) on it last year.
Maybe AWOC or Maven will correct me about this. It flys quite nicely, I was tempted to bring it out at Wildwood, it probably would have been a blast
in those winds, but I knew this sale was coming, and I didn't want to risk harming the kite in the craziness!

I guess it was the '10 model that came without the clam cleat, it looks like the 2011 Snow-Kite Control system has the clam cleat again. Thanks for
the congrats, snowspider, I'm not too sure how deserving I am, but I'm helping a friend, and that is what counts to me.

Great kites... I can see why they sold quickly. Buggy power houses for those who like depowers.

Cool beaners Bob! I just checked out the PKP site , nice to see you'll be flying some brands that I have a particular fondness for.
