Is the HQ Scout4m the new model w cross over set up at the bar not at the kite.. I'm a newbe so i hope I'm asking this right. I've been looking at
the Scouts and that s the best I can explain it.

It is the older model. Don't mistake it being an older model for being bad or outdated - it is still an awesome kite.
