No, no face plants, just way more grinning than i'm used too!
That was a Lot of Fun...first time out with new hornet 4m. Gusty winds, a few out of control swooshes right through the power zone...but i'll get the hang of this

And here i thought i was just going to have to 'put in time' on the trainer to get up to speed for snowkiting or kite boarding...

Anyway, i wondered if anyone here got out to buffalo lake or anywhere else in the camrose / stettler area??

p.s. thanks all for recommending hornet vs. twister...

We tried Buffalo Lake last spring and it was great once you have the skills. I'll definitely come back to ride there but have a bit o' learning to do first.

Glad you got the bite! You're gonna love the ride!

i'm in leduc. haven't strayed south of leduc/edmonton before.
i do buggying and landsailer(ing) but mostly landsailer now.
macboy is a member of Cooking lake sailing club and "is going to take me out on the water" for real sailing though. i imagine once that happens i'll be (hooked) looking to get rid of buggy/kite gear to make way for a Hoby.
