Dakine Fusion Seat Harness for sale. It is an older version but with very little use. It is a medium. I have a 34 waist and it is a bit too tight.
So size <34" waist. It has a pivoting Hammerhead Spreaderbar. The o-ring is missing but that is an easy replacement.

I would be perfect for 31. The spreader bar pivots up and the o-ring makes it spring back down. It can work fine without the o-ring. I will include
one though.
