Hi!
I want to ask what type of kite can be permanently fixed dock, which flies as stable?
The task of a ca. 400-500 gramm "load" holding steady (camera) in the air.
(PMR radio application, it would take a picture using ...)
It would be a disadvantage, if it would be fixed to the ground ...

Are you doing aerial photography ? Try this: Kite Aerial Photography I have used a large delta with a very agricultural picavet mount (which self-levels) for some photography which seemed to
work well.
I wrap my lines around a cleat (pictured) which I can clip to fence/car/whatever's handy.

I don't know the 'best' to use, but the last picture in the below link came from a camera hanging well below a large Rokkaku. This kite didn't budge
in the air. The cameraman walked around this park taking many pictures dragging the kite to different areas.

Get in touch with Bud (pretty sure that's his name) at The Kite Guys in Airdrie Alberta, Canada. He had a crazy cool RC controlled pan & tilt
camera hauled up high above NABX 2010. He'll be a great source of info for you.

A 6 ft tall standard Rokkaku should lift a 2 lb camera pack in winds over 16 mph. An 8 footer should work in winds between 8 and 16 mph.

Otherwise, Brooks Leffler's site or Cris Benton's discussion forum are both very good resources.
