Beamer V 5.0 RTF

viperkid181 - 12-7-2011 at 07:32 AM

Selling my Beamer V 5.0m. Had it for maybe a month before I upgraded to my 10.5 blade. I have another 6.6m blade coming in the mail in the next week and it will be replacing my Beamer. The Beamer has 0 tears or rips. It's in mint condition. There is some chalk dust on the kite due to me flying it on a soccer field, but it's nothing that can't be washed out. I took excellent care of the kite from the day I got it. The kite is RTF which includes everything that came with the kite originally. This includes handles, lines, kite killers, bag, stake and cover, and the line winder. The lines are in excellent condition. Also included is the manual which came with the kite as well.

If you aren't in need of the accessories I would prefer to keep them since I would need to get another set for my blades. We can work out a price without them* However they are up for grabs with the kite if needed.

I can take more pictures if needed upon request.

Looking to get $300 obo.

Hey, I'm very new to this, I was reading about powerkiting years ago and was extremely interested in getting one, but I never had a good enough financial situation to buy a Kite, which has somewhat changed now. So with what comes with it is all youd need to get started? Once you get the hang of flying and controlling, this kite can be used for snowkiting and other activities like that? (I see its not good for the water however, but thats ok) It seems to be a fairly good beginner kite as well. I was also wondering what you meant by the other accessories you have for it? I am in the US as well, Michigan. We consistently have about 10mph winds around my house and sometimes gets up there some more, I also only weigh 150 lbs.

Hey Omni ya this kite comes with everything that you need to fly a kite. By accessories I mean like the ground stake, the lines, handles, kite killers, backpack, and everything that normally comes with a new beamer that I may be missing. This kite has a good amount of pull and little lift in light wind. So with that said I would assume that you would be able to atb, buggy, and snowboard with it however since I only had it for about a month I didn't get to play around with the other methods of flying this kite. I found this kite to be very easy to learn since it's very predictable, meaning you will know what it will do based on where you fly it in the wind window. Here is some info about the kite.

The Beamer is HQ's popular entry level power kite line. The Beamer has been intensively tested and further improved by international traction experts.

The Beamer V comes ready to fly with 485/220# x 65' x 4 Dyneema flying lines, quad handles, ground stake, backpack and instruction manual. 4-20MPH

If you have any other questions about it just let me know.
