Chili cookoff is this weekend... Stuck on a name for this years batch...
Will have bacon, hamburger, pintos, and lots of ghost chiles! (along, with the usual tomato, onion, jalapenos, etc)... Its a red chili, in the dry bean
division.
So far "crimson ghost" is all I got :dunno:

Little late for this but:
If you make a ghost chili based chili next year, just call it "Ghost". Have an eating challenge for those in attendence, something like they have to
eat a rather large bowl of it in under 5 min without the aid of bread, milk, or any other remedies. Then they must endure a 5 min "after burn" period.
If they make it thru that they get a t-shirt similar to the ghost busters logo, but replace the ghost with a ghost pepper and have it say "I aint
afraid of no ghost chili"
OR...maybe my brain still isnt functional today.... Drewculous - 14-7-2011 at 10:07 AM

ICD-9-CM 947.3 -that is a great name.
I was going to suggest something in a kite name -Reactor, Venom, Charger, Twister. Must have kites on the brain, have not been able to fly in a
couple of weeks.
