I heard the V's were a bit tame...I want a snappy "oh #@%$#!" kite...Used to have a Blade 2 4.9 but my brother-in-law lost that...

I would recommend you try and get a III. The IV and V are not much different in the snappy factor. If the raw snap power is what you are after than a
II like you had or a III will make you happy.
