Check 0:19 into the video....don't blink, it goes by fast (only 1 or 2 seconds). She has done that outfit.
The thing about Comic-Con is that it is rife with fodder for risque costumes, if you have the physique for it.
Some that come to mind:
Fathom
Sarah Pezzini from Witchblade
... considerably toned down for TV
Lady Death
Vampirella
Emma Frost, The White Queen
Apparently only toned down for selected scenes in the recent X-Men: First Class movie
Comics have a long history, stretching back many decades, of trading on the hormonal nature of some of its target audience:
Phantom Lady (back when comic books still cost 10¢ an issue)

My niece is in to this stuff big time. Huge Star Wars re-enactment group she's in. She's currently building a storm trooper suit made from a kit by a
guy who makes movie special effects and scenery. She'll probably have about $1500 in the thing when she's done and it will be movie quality. She has 3
or 4 other costumes already. I think they would make great kiters (Kite buyers), they seem to have the same addictive behaviour for MORE!indigo_wolf - 22-7-2011 at 05:52 AM
I can tell I didn't get enough sleep (Duncan and Ozzie growling/howling at each other on opposite sides of the of the porch screens).
I read your post and the first thing I could think of was a Star Wars Landspeeder based kite buggy:

"To those of you enjoying a holiday in Southwest England, might we recommend Royal Crescent, Poultney Bridge and the Bath
Rugby Club? (Tell 'em Nigel sent you.) While you're there, might we further recommend you check out this replica of a Star Wars Landspeeder one local
boy currently has up on eBay? It's based on a 1988 Ford Escort, has blue underlighting that reportedly makes it appear airborne, and can be modified
to shoot fire. Shoot fire? That alone's worth a trip to Blighty, if not for the fish patties."
Fanatic devotion is a wonderful thing....

Love Star Wars, but still need to be able to use your car for commuting? No problem....
