Thank you Chris at HQ KITES

I managed to wear thru a bridal steering line on both my 7.5m and 10m Apex ll kites where the line goes thru a little metal ring on the kite. Chris was able to get me replacements pretty quickly, so not only am I happy but my big guy and his three buddies who fly these things are really happy. I replaced the rings with Ronstan rf666 pulleys to reduce friction and open the tight turn radius that the rings were causing. In light smooth wind both kites tested good , no detectable changes. THANK YOU CHRIS.

Chris is way better than you think he is. Some people disappoint after a while and others stay the same. Chris always steps up further than you would expect.

I agree, have had more than one occasion to sing the praises of HQ USA, both Chris and Craig are all right in my book.

Just have to give another props up for Chris and the HQ company. It is really special to be able to talk one-on-one with a representative of a company like Chris and HQ. Not only does HQ stand firmly behind their products but they give incredible customer support and Chris is a very active kite buggier and kite surfer himself. He loves to kite and fully understands all of us kiters and if your kite isn't working, he's one of the first to jump up and help you out - because he too loves this sport.

I have never had an issue with HQ kites that Chris or Tim has not taken care of immediately. (Tim was our U.S. representative before Chris)

Their kites perform excellent, the new 2011 models are very awesome looking and you know that if there is ever an issue, they will be here for us.

You can't go wrong with an HQ product.
