landboard session

tridude - 7-8-2011 at 09:22 AM

Its been a very long time but had a nice landboard session on the sandbar this morning. Winds were light so I wasnt able to do much but my balance was better than expected. Had some nice power slide transitions and rode toeside. Winds were 8 to 10..............flew my 12m Pulse 2 and GI Flight Lite..................stayed out for 45 minutes which was also a surprise just 1 month after completing treatments.........:smilegrin::thumbup:

Forgot to mention I installed the blue #2 cubes and that def loosened up the board................Im know the ATB sessions will help me out ALOT when I hit the water in late Sep, early October............tired as I type but def stoked!!

Scott,

Thank you.................maybe sometime in the fall you and Drew can head down for a surf and turf on the sandbar..........ENE winds not too far off...............this is my favorite direction in late Sep, Oct, Nov while the waters are still warm......winds are strong and consistant that produce nice size swells..........

Great to hear! Really an inspiration!

Sounds like a good workout plan. 45 minutes of ATB a day should get your heart pumping. Maybe cool down in the buggy. :wink2: Glad you are able to get out and feel the stoke.

wahoooo!!!!! That's great news. Just looking at the road you've been on, and still getting out there is real inspiring. Keep that stoke alive.
