nice to see threads and banter on the Blade V VIP.........reminds me of the old days when FBs were the talk of the day.........of course most of us
have moved on from static to buggys, KGBs and H2O with depower kites. Ive mentioned to a few of the forum members this should be call the Depower Kite
forum. Not complaining just an observation..................look forward to VIP reviews very soon....................hoping the FB banter
continues.....................Baluk - 14-8-2011 at 08:03 PM

Exactly what I was thinking! You've been lurking waiting on some fb chatter?indigo_wolf - 15-8-2011 at 12:24 PM

+1 Haven't seen a post by Mark since he was using the picture of himself with interesting lighting effects as an avatar.
I expect PKF has a prodigous number of lurkers, with low FB banter traffic being only one of the reasons.

I thought I was done with FB. I was flying my Neo 8m and it was too gusty with too much power in the gusts and dropping in the luls. I thought my
day was done but I pulled out a 3m and had a decent session on the ATB. I have had some of my best sessions on FB's but I do love depower Baluk - 23-8-2011 at 10:47 PM
Hello! Well, I lurked a couple times in the last year, but been so busy with school etc... (stupid university! :P )
Things are going good but I need to get out and fly more often!B-Roc - 24-8-2011 at 05:48 AM
While I love my depowers, nothing beats a 6m Bego in low winds and the 4m is just a fun kite to fly. I'm never going back to just FBs, but they
certainly still have a place in my quiver which is why I haven't sold them all off yet.hvkmike - 24-8-2011 at 06:12 PM
Although depower kites have found a place into most kiters quivers, FB kites still dominate all racing on land.
Hard to beat the efficiency of a good high AR FB foil in clean wind.....but when it's gusty or winds up & down, then a depower kite is the best
option.
