Anybody here ever use one of these buggies? I'm not in the market for a buggy, but I've just never heard of the name before. Almost has a Flexifoil look to it? At 29lbs it just doesn't sound very heavy duty to me.

He is rockersrule4ever now on ebay. This thread was #5 on a google search. If people just search for it for more info, they will find us here. If they are shopping for a kite buggy, them finding us is great on many levels.

As for the buggy, its the same as the "Flex foil" he was selling before. Same junk, same lame stories about having a baby again, needing a minivan AGAIN. But this buggy has only been raced a few times. Since there have been no races in the US, he must've raced in Europe. Rip you see him last year? :lol:

Yeah, suspicous is what I felt right away. I've read enough about Jonesband to know that he would never get a shred of business from me. Don't worry, I have no interest in a buggy for a long time. I would do it right the first time and get my self an Ivanpah or something from a reputable dealer on the forum.
Don't people know when to just quit, but then you have to have some kind of rational thinking or morals to do that. Gee wiz.

The real sad thing is the price. I was expecting 300 or 400 US$ but its 795$ :o new and 500$ for a refurb. I would get a peterlynn comp or a libre vmax for these prices and they would last a lot longer.

Proving that you CAN live on a different planet and still have your email delivered to Earth. They aren't even remotely kidding about the higher pricing.... like by a factor of two.

What's weird is that they also list the Libre Sprinter and Libre VMax II on their site. Both buggies are also listed at higher prices than most other sites.

Ricardo, great job giving this guy some pressure! I think he needs it. We just had a local store in our mall get shut down and owners got arrested for selling tons of knockoffs! Not kites, but clothing. They plan to burn the guys inventory after conviction!

Total scammers for sure!

so you see overpriced items, so you keep browsing and browsing until you come upon Competition Buggies. Than you think oh, i can get this "so-call competition buggy" cheaper than anything else on this website.

is that a new selling tactic now-a-days.

the new SEO, jack up prices on everything you don't carry, lower the prices on items you just want to move.

again, don't buy kites from him, its a generic price, and doesn't give you the size / colour / or any details.

I figured I would bump this thread.... He changed the name of the buggy.."Glidemastor GTX-350 Power Traction Sport Kite Buggy" I tried to search for the above listed buggy again for boredom purposes and this is what turned up.
