My front fork just broke taking the kides over some of the crazy dunes on the beach here in Manzanita. The welded nut stripped and the bolt bent.
Anyone have one they are not using? Short notice to sobb, I might try to find a longer bolt and drill out the nut :/

Extra wide as in bigfoot? Or just one that will take a standard extra wide tire?

The XR+ is slightly wider than the standard buggy (ST). It will hold the wide tires. It is not as big as the bigfoot fork.
I have all of these forks in stock if you need a new one.

Was hoping to not have to get a new one... I think I'm going to drill out the nut and put in an inverted longer bolt... headed to fastenal now, we'll
see... I figure worst case I can use threaded rod as a temporary fix.

Thinking a M10 110 or 120mm stainless bolt... I can get one Monday, but that doesn't help me for the SOBB weekend... might have to get a 1/4"
threaded rod..
.. found a M10-120 zinc/10...
FYI PL XR+ parts "spec" http://peterlynn.com/products/peter-lynn-kitebuggies/peter-l...

Arkay, if you do need a new fork let me know. I have a spare that I could make pretty cost effective for you
