Irene pass by with minor effect on my place ....... except flooded basement with some of my stuff ..... all around, there is some fallen trees and
flooded spots .......
...... however , my friend lives closer to Passaic river and he's widow view looks a bit different ........

That turned out to be a crazy storm!!
Like two or three weeks ago I was watching a show on the weather station... It was like "it could happen tomorrow" and it was about a cat 5 hurricane
hitting new york...... This was a little too close!
Man, good luck with the clean up.... Flooding sucks, we actually had some friends that were hit with minor flooding this year... No bueno...

I saw that show too. That stuff was some pretty crazy stuff. Im up here in mass and we got hit by irene pretty good. Nothing like Kober though. We
just had fallen trees everywhere along with telephone lines down. I was outside and saw one of the transformers blow up on the telephone pole, made a
huge ZAAAPP sound and turned into a blue ball....scared the S*** out of me.
