Refreshment Rules & Regulations - Sunset Beach

Don't want to come off sounding like a boozer but a nice cold one after a near death lofting or epic moment under kite power is pretty refreshing. What rules govern such things on the beach? (Other than the "enough for everybody" rule.)

I had a buddy that used to just fill his trunk with ice and a keg and ran the tap hose up to the front seat. Apparently, at least at the time, a keg wasn't considered an open container in Washington.
