I had a question about flying with Handles and Harness.
I know the main benefit to flying a FB with handles and harness is to reduce the strain on hands.
Is there any other added benefit to doing this?
How about the disadvantages?

Reducing strain and extending flying time are the biggest advantages.

If you don't have a decent quick release setup, you should consider a career as a geologist, as you will spend much time gathering soil samples.
