Has anyone heard any rumors about Recon Goggles either being upgraded for this season OR having an on board camera integrated (my own personal wish
for the Recons). I forgot to hit up Ricky/Heliboy to check them out while I was at SOBB. Definitely curious about them but it's a spendy proposition
to buy blind.Kamikuza - 14-9-2011 at 05:31 PM
There's already a brand that makes goggles with a camera in ... can't remember what though :D
PLEASE GOD make a GPS HUD for my motorbike helmet!!!macboy - 14-9-2011 at 05:35 PM
Damn Kami. Now I gotta decide which ones to wear! Feyd - 14-9-2011 at 06:07 PM
Recon has a few new things in the works. For instance they've hooked up with Uvex, Briko and Alpina who are offering a series of goggles that are
"Recon Ready" and compatible with the Snap fit MOD or MOD Live which are aftermarket Recon assemblies that can be added.
I love my Transcends. They've been awesome and I can't wait to get out there this winter and put 'em to good use again.:wee:BeamerBob - 14-9-2011 at 08:14 PM

Prayers sent! That would be as cool as the goggles. Or are you actually wanting the map on HUD?Kamikuza - 14-9-2011 at 09:12 PM
No just speed :D true, the Duke is great fun below 100km/h but ... 100 in a 50 zone is still bad m'kay. The TL wouldn't really start to get fun until
redline in second gear - and that was 130 :omukluk - 14-9-2011 at 09:49 PM
Camera goggles??? I think that makes you guys gearheads, officially...don't see how you could even deny it...:Dflash - 15-9-2011 at 10:05 AM
yes recon has made some updates. Want to try my new upgraded ones?heliboy50 - 15-9-2011 at 10:21 AM
I talked to rip about it a while back, he said some lower profile ideas were in the works. The transcend fits well for me in the mx helmet that I use
in the bug, but I have a hard time with the fit with the insider helmet. If possible, try before you buy. They are pretty cool, though.macboy - 15-9-2011 at 12:17 PM
@ Flash - I'd love to! I'm putting snowkite soldier on the radar for my winter plans. You going to be there?flash - 15-9-2011 at 03:23 PM
poss, there are some details that are being worked out with the NAST, Soldier, and my current status. (moving soon) The upgrades are pretty
#@%$#!ing, but I have to admit, I am still a little terrified about the thought of taking them anywhere but out on the snow. Really want to take them
out on the playa, if I knew I wouldn't f' the lens.Feyd - 15-9-2011 at 03:32 PM
They need to make a version with tear aways for that kind of duty. Assuming they haven't for mountain biking and Moto.indigo_wolf - 15-9-2011 at 04:24 PM
