I sent my Flysurfer Pulse 10m to John for a tune up as well as a mixer ball upgrade. In addition to this, John also replaced the worn pulleys and
bridle lines.
John's work has made an incredible improvement to this kite and I highly recommend him.

I would add that he basically wasted at least 20 minutes of his time last week educating me over the phone on a bunch of noob questions. Thanks a lot

I got an FDS for my 19M SA2, new pulleys and spareparts lines for my former, now G00fball's, Pulse. Also good advice.

I can't wait to get it out in the snow...... I got a feeling that it is going to be one of my go to snow kites this winter....
