Is this the beach you need to be certified or something to fly at?

Is in the sand ..we ride there everyday , the police dont bother us because the beach is vacand nobody there ....
For water i belive you need to be certificate .
We talk with the police and they allow us to ride if no people close to us ...
Is the perfect spot !
