Apparently it's a scam. The website is registered in Queensland, Australia:

Website still contains boilerplate text... not typos, not grammatical errors, but boilerplate text. This is the generally equivalent of someone
paying you with currency where the ink is still wet.
Buggies are listed at a fraction of their retail.
The Flysurfer Viron, Unity and the HQ Matrixx came out within the past year, yet prices are listed at less than half their MSRP.
