In Spain, through the Spanish Kite Buggy Association (AEKB), we are organizing the third edition of our photo contest, for to do the next year
calendar.
If any of you want participate, these are the rules of the contest.
Objective
-The 2012 AEKB official calendar will be done with the 13 most voted pictures (Cover and 12 months). It will be on sale on November 2011.
Who may Participate?
-Anyone can participate. The contest is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over the world.
-Submitted entries must be the original work of the photographer, and the photographer must own the copyright to the image. The photographer retains
the copyright of the submitted images but must agree to allow the AEKB to use and publish the submitted entries without further compensation to the
copyright holder.
Theme
-Pictures must be about all kind of wind sports on earth.
Submission
-Each person may submit a maximum of 3 images.
-Digital photos may be submitted to the e-mail adress: concursofotos@aekb.es as an attachement. With each photo must indicate contester's name and
surname, and date and place where the picture was taken
-Pictures will be printed horizontally in order to adapt them to calendar's look
-Minimum size of 2608 x 1952 and minimum resolution of 300 dpi is required
-Photos will be accepted until October 20th 2011 (included).
Judging
-Pictures will be voted on AEKB forum (http://www.aekb.es/foro) where any registered user can vote.
Awards
The contesters of the 13 most voted pictures will receive a free AEKB 2012 Calendar.

Now the photo's submitting period is finished, is time to start voting. As is indicated on contest's rules, all AEKB forum registered users are
allowed to vote.
Please, avoid to register with more than one nick for voting yours or your friends photos. Fair play is expected from all of you. 1 user = 13 votes
(12 months + cover).
Public votation period begins today monday October 24 and the deadline is on wednesday November 2 (both included).
If anyone has any kind of problem to register on forum, please, send one mail with your name and chosen nick to concursofotos@aekb.es and will be

Once the photography contest is finished , it´s time to make 2012´s AEKB calendar
This year we propose you a new model, more personal and compact (21 cm x10 cm), in english, it´s perfect to have it on your working
table reminding with images your favourite sport, or, to give it as a present to your friends and colleages and promote the landsaling
The price of each calendar is 12 €
Shipping cost to european countries :depending of number of calendars and depending the weight, beetween 2 and 6 euros
Shipping cost out of Europe countries :depending of number of calendars, and depending the weight, beetween 3 and 10 euros
Orders can be made from today November 8th and the deadline is the 20th of november at 24:00h
The calendars will be sent by Correos (Spanish post service). People living on the same area can make the purchase together for to save shipping
costs .
For making your order, send one mail to merchandising@aekb.es indicating Name, full adress and number of wanted calendars.
We will answer your mail, indicating total amount (calendars + shipping costs) and the AEKB´s account number for payment. (Very important: only the
payed on time calendars will be sent).
We remind you that winners of this photography contest will receive at your home an free of charge calendar.
