Jeroen Pigmans is talking about the big time he had on a 24m Charger. I knew they were a special order item but didn't know any were actually made.flyjump - 14-10-2011 at 10:08 AM
I know that there is at least one at PL headquarters, jeroen had to get his special ordered. I know that John penders used one at one of the BKSA
events, i think in blackpool last year. Its big and slow, but has toooons of floatBeamerBob - 14-10-2011 at 10:10 AM
Jeroen says there is only 1 and he has it. Might not be his then and he's just playing with it right now.flyjump - 14-10-2011 at 10:12 AM
I know that marjin would bring it to some of the events, i bet he's borrowing it for now. A few weeks ago he was telling me that he was gonna get the
15m for course racing and the 24 for low wind daystridude - 14-10-2011 at 11:55 AM

Tridude, you must be the foremost authority on arcs of those who don't currently own one!tridude - 14-10-2011 at 12:23 PM
ah your too kind.................they are great kites. Ill never forget the time I was driving into Edisto and your 15m Phantom was flying in the
distance. That was an amazing site.........................Im def waiting on the PL inflatable..................tridude - 14-10-2011 at 12:26 PM
the Flysurfers get the eye when I launch at Sullivans but when the arcs went up they just stood there like WTF is he doing now?
One time Phree launched at Sullis and someone asked me if I converted him. I said, "actually, he converted me"...........:oFeyd - 14-10-2011 at 08:06 PM
RudeBoy has a 24 Syn. Used it to take first place in the last Mille Lacs snowkite crossing and have been mildly lusting after a 24m since. There
wasn't squat for wind and I was amazed at how well she did.
Turns suprisingly fast and I can only assume the Charger turns even faster if the other sizes are an indication. Was told that it was a slow turner
but if you watch the race footage on my Hardwaterkiter youtube you'll see she turns just fine. Builds a ton of apparent and in 12mph winter wind she
has some serious float.
She would have been awesome in the Kitestorm race. My "Big Blue" is great but turns too slow. A 24m Charger or Phantom 2 would be a sick rig to have
on hand.ripsessionkites - 14-10-2011 at 08:33 PM
There is only one 24CH at the moment and Jeroen had it out yesterday for a photoshootcarltb - 15-10-2011 at 02:06 AM
i flew the 24 charger last year and can comfirm that it is a shop owned kite!
slow turning but bags of float and pulls like a train, you'd love it mr Krug!!!Feyd - 15-10-2011 at 03:48 AM
I had a dream about it last night Carl. I'm a little disturbed by this. I dunno if that's good or just desperate and pathetic.
Seriously that's messed up. I didn't even get to fly it in the dream. C'MON!!!!flyjump - 15-10-2011 at 07:19 AM
