Hope the link works. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_wkQBDDgvI&feature=playe...

Nice video. Still I would want a net on either side rather than a stone house and a pine tree.

macboy - 25-10-2011 at 10:43 PM

Wow. I dig it. Remind me that it won't work off football uprights though (the middle pole might smart a bit  )

gilligan - 26-10-2011 at 02:47 AM

Any Bill's fans out there?

Wide right!!

John Holgate - 26-10-2011 at 03:08 AM

That was well worth a watch. Done a nice job on the vid too

snowspider - 26-10-2011 at 05:26 AM

What parent would allow something like that in their back yard? Oh yea that would be me.

PHREERIDER - 26-10-2011 at 05:52 AM

FUN! excellent edit as well

acampbell - 26-10-2011 at 06:03 AM

The fist thing I thought was "Organ donors!", but the laughter was so infectious and compelling, especially once you see that the bungee tension at rest is such that they are not going to hit the ground. Great vid.

pokitetrash - 26-10-2011 at 06:04 AM

Oh, I would do that in a heart beat but I'd be afraid my man boobs would continue stretching forward and then snap back and wail on my face...

I was thinking the same thing, and then I thought, Pat's prolly out building one in his yard right now!

ragden - 26-10-2011 at 07:12 AM

Okay... that is funny as hell. Good edit. Fun flick. Insane action.
Thanks for posting that!
:)

BeamerBob - 26-10-2011 at 07:18 AM

Other than something breaking, it looks like they have it balanced out well enough to be "Extreme Sport Safe".

Kober - 26-10-2011 at 09:50 AM

Thanks ......that video makes me want to do more crazy things ........

snowspider - 26-10-2011 at 10:11 AM

pokite there are risks involved but Victoria's Secret has boob protection down to science , should be something there that will keep you safe.

thanson2001ok - 26-10-2011 at 10:20 AM

The bungy looks adequate. I would want to check and double check the harness and caribiner. :o

shehatesmyhobbies - 26-10-2011 at 01:31 PM

Would love to give it a try!

rocfighter - 26-10-2011 at 04:46 PM

I would be all set watching all you guys doing this.
Chris please get some support before you try this. We don't want to get hit with the snap back either!!
Pat let me know when you make one. I bet the older kids would love it!!

Where's vertical drop..?

skimtwashington - 26-10-2011 at 06:09 PM

Human slingshot! Notice how while primarily a back pull ...it seems there is upward and side pull which holds you up so you're not dragged across ground.:puzzled:

pbc - 26-10-2011 at 06:54 PM

I grew up with an industrial grade zip line in my backyard. Kids with engineers for dads have more fun. ;-)

RedSky - 26-10-2011 at 07:15 PM

Say if someone was stupid enough to replicate this, where would they get the bungie from ?

pbc - 26-10-2011 at 08:09 PM

How about McMaster-Carr? http://www.mcmaster.com/#bungee-cords/=eo0967
