Made Rice Krispie Squares tonight (the red and green Christmas Krispies came out up here in Canada). Trouble was, the marshmallows were melting when I
discovered we didn't have any vanilla extract.
Google said Rum or Whiskey can be used in place. Grabbed the Appleton and voila! A tasty treat with a hint of rum flavor!
Fantastic!
(Use 2 to 1 proportions....recipe needed 1/2tsp, I used 1 tsp - not for the booze...Google said to do it this way
