I see some of the parts and accessories to re-assemble or mock-up a (new) PL 07 bar online.
But I don't see that short, velcroed spinning leash separately available. (or did I miss something?)

Check with angus at coastal wind sports. He usually has them in stock had to get one myself not that long ago
