I'm looking to get into kiteboarding. I want to get a relatively cheap board to start with.
I can get a cheap board like an atom 90 or look for something used here. Is it worth it the extra money to go for a GI board or similar?
I'd be looking to spend around 150-200. I don't want to go much higher to start with.
Any ideas/offers are appreciated.

there are two mbs elements boards on ebay that are good. I got one off of craigslist a few years ago and have not needed a new one yet. it is a wood
deck with older version ats trucks. i am actually about to upgrade my board with new trucks(mbs matrix pros)PHREERIDER - 20-11-2011 at 06:08 PM
Description:
i bought this and used it literally for three runs down a local hill hoping to get ready for snowboarding season...well...in my opinion..it is not the
same...it hurts ALOT more when falling, and at my age I do not recover as quickly as I used to. so out it goes!! when I bought this it cost me almost
500. you can get it online now between 370-450. get it here for less than half!! price is fair and FIRM!! email or best to call 609 895 7474 days

As an added bonus, if this is viable, there's no shipping.
Screaming deal if the description is accurate.

Thanks Sam!
Just picked that MBS up today! Its brand new.
They owner probably had it out once before he realized going downhill was a bad idea.
Just cleaned it, took the break out. Looks new!
