Looking to purchase or have someone fabricate a set of skis or blades for my flexifoil buggy. Saw some cool ones at the WWBB but dont know who
made/donated?
Another option would be drawings of a proven design to have a local fabricator do them for me or give it a shot myself...
These look like the ticket. Just need to fab some mounts....thanson2001ok - 29-11-2011 at 04:08 PM
I have an ice buggy incoming. It has the USI skis (with the carbide runners) and custom fabricated mounts. I will try to get some photos of the mounts
if interested.BEC - 29-11-2011 at 05:38 PM

I built two sets of yet untested blades for my funky buggys. About $200 total , 1" HDPE (high density poly ethylene) , 3/16 x 1.5"stainless steel
blades. Pretty easy build , when I know that they will hold up to some abuse I'll post pics. Claude from Canada had some of similar design , maybe
someone can entice him to post pics.vindman - 14-12-2011 at 01:14 PM
Something like these ice blades maybe?
There's a guy in Germany manufacturing that kind of ice blades.Donaldgould - 14-12-2011 at 09:04 PM

Makes me want a buggy.rocfighter - 18-12-2011 at 09:16 AM
I got those blades at WBB raffle. They are in my back seat waiting to ice so I can try them ( they won't let me on the ice in Hartford skating park)!!
As I compare them to other blades I see they are very short. I am thinking of trying them as they are and maybe using them as a pattern to make
longer blades. I think they may be to short for the rough ice we get around here.
