It was my first kite and not ever going to give it up. And not just for it's sentimental value to me Wind range does vary from one rider to another and also from varying conditions. For myself I would say around 15 to
30 mph. The low range will still get ya moving decently while the top range that I indicated would be more of when more upwind or downwind angles are
needed.

I will have to make one disclaimer though. Although this was my first kite, I wouldn't necessarily consider this a "beginners" by any means. Unless
one were to fly it in perhaps a wind range of 10-15. It does not power up slowly

The RS series are race kites. This means they are faster and a bit more difficult to fly / turn. Much less forgiving than non race kites.
JoJo is a top notch brand . These are great kites , just not beginer kites.

I Do have the pleasure of riding with the Sunset Beach crew on occasion and they are all about JoJo.
Jon ( Jellis ) at kitebuggyspeedshop is the go to for JoJo.
