I got these from Jon at KBSS about 4 years ago. I never got a chance to use them so they are still brand new. I think these are the large size (17").
They are made out of PVC and the pulley allows you to get more pull on those brakes for your larger fixed bridles.
I figure I have not used them by now I should pass them along to someone who will. $25 shipped in USA
