Hey, Tri. I have 3.8 and 6.4 Reactors. Both RTF. Like new, flown maybe a half dozen times on grass. I also have a 3m Bullet RTF in excellent
condition.bigkid - 18-12-2011 at 10:23 PM

Sam,
make isnt all that important but my top 3 choice would be a Bat, Yak, or Vapor....................something in the 3.7-4.2m 14/14 to 19/20 mph wind
range......................tridude - 19-12-2011 at 04:29 PM
I need to mention I owned a 4.2m Combat.....................the power in 15m wind was wild......if I would have owned a buggy at the time Id still own
it.....................rtz - 19-12-2011 at 10:53 PM
I've only flown my older(non GT) Yak 2.7 twice. Both times in about 20 mph wind and I was over powered both times due to my little folder buggy. A
lot of sliding sideways going downwind and over powered to the point that I could not go upwind so I had to park it.
That kite is fast though! I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to get it out again in a little less wind to get used to it. You might see
if Big Mike has any leads on any Vapor deals: http://www.bigmikeskites.com/ripsessionkites - 20-12-2011 at 04:59 AM
Got a RII 3.5 and a 5.5m

I've been thinking about this and Rip is right. You need the 3.5 and 5.5 RII for that wind range. The 3.5 is going to be weak with the light winds
and the 5.5 is going to be blown out in the higher end. A 4. something won't cover the bases enough to be happy anywhere but in the middle. I guess
Rip is suggesting the 7.8 Vapor to be lit at the very bottom end.ripsessionkites - 20-12-2011 at 01:44 PM
in super high winds I'm suggesting to go a little more stable unless you're out to break speed than Vapor 2.7 / 3.2 and 5.4 / 6.5m - PLAYA KITES.
I can pre-tune the RII for more speed. the 7.8m would be your lighter wind. I would assume not everyone is in a full race weighed down buggy.
